Student Drivers

Requirements

• Graduate from Professional Driving Institute with Class A CDL
• Current long form DOT Physical with Medical Card
• At least 23 years of age
• No major preventable accidents within past year
• No major violations in the past 3 years
• No DWI's or DUI's in the past 5 years
• No felonies in the past 10 years

Driver Pay

Base Pay

• $450/week during 6 week training course
• Orientation pay of $150 per day

Paid Vacation

Drivers are eligible for one week paid vacation after one year of employment, and earn one additional vacation day for each year of service there after.

• 1 year = 7 days
• 2 years = 8 days
• 3 years = 9 days(21 day cap)

401k/Profit Sharing

Associates will be eligible after one year of service. GIX will contribute 10% of its net profits into the plan each year. Associates may add additional money to their retirement accounts by deferring a portion of their inclome to the plan.
