- Have a current Class A CDL
- At least 23 years of age
- No more than four jobs in the last three years
- Pass company physical, physical assessment, and pre-employment drug test
- No felonies within last 10 years
- Have no major preventable accidents within the past year
- Have no more than three moving violations in the past three years
- Have no prior DWI or DUI's in the past five years
- Meet DOT requirements
- Fulfill physical demands of the job

Orientation
All approved applicants attend a 2 day orientation class. During orientation you will:
- Take a road test
- Receive a DOT physical or have proof of current physical
- Take a physical assessment
- Take a Pre-employment drug screen
- Receive Classroom training
Grand Island Express pays for your bus ticket to orientation. Lodging and Meals provided.
You will also receive $150.00 per day for orientation.
