*****All newly hired associates must complete all insurance forms regardless if the associate wants coverage or not. These forms must be given to our Safety department no later that one week after you receive the enrollment forms.

Paid Vacation

• Drivers are eligible of one week paid vacation after one year of employment, and will earn one additional vacation day for each year of service there after.

401k/Profit Sharing

• Associates are eligible after one year of service.
• GIX will contribute 10% of its net profits into the plan each year.
• Associates may add additional money to their retirement accounts by deferring a portion of their income to the plan.
• GIX does a 10% match of of the employee's contribution (up to a 20% employee contribution rate).
